Belfast Restaurant spreads joy in successful toy appeal

As the holiday season unfolds, Fish City, a prominent seafood restaurant in Belfast, proudly announces the success of their recent toy appeal initiative, aiming to bring cheer to families in need across the local community.
Throughout November, the passionate team at Fish City spearheaded a heartwarming campaign to collect donations for toy appeals in collaboration with the community. Embracing the spirit of giving, the staff encouraged patrons and the public alike to participate by dropping off new toys at the restaurant's donation basket.
On 6th December, 2023, the culmination of this dedicated effort took place as representatives from two esteemed charities, Belfast City Mission and the Society of St Vincent de Paul Ireland, arrived to collect the generous toy donations. Speaking on behalf of Belfast City Mission, it was revealed that these toys would be invaluable gifts to immigrant families facing hardships this holiday season. The Society of St Vincent de Paul expressed gratitude, acknowledging that even working families struggle to provide gifts for their children during this time.
Expressing their heartfelt commitment, the Fish City team rallied together and collected several hundred pounds worth of new toys, reflecting the unwavering support and empathy for the local community's children and families in need.
