How-to

1. Place your pre-order online

Add all items to your basket, then ‘Go to Checkout.’

Please note: Our promotional free delivery service applies to pre-orders of 12 or more, for delivery to Belfast City Centre.

2. Select the date and time you would like to receive your order

You will see the prompt, ‘When do you want to collect your order?’ From the drop-down, please select the date and time you would like to receive your order. Our current weekday lunch hours are between 12:00 and 15:00.

Please note: The selected date/time must be at least 24 hours from the time your pre-order is placed.

3. Add your delivery note and pay

In the text box, ‘Notes for the chef’, please input all food allergies and intolerances, the full address of your office, along with any helpful notes for accessing the site/entering the building or a phone number we can contact for collection when the delivery driver has arrived. And that’s it! Let us take care of the rest!
