For the best experience, guest recipients are requested to book their Oyster Masterclass at least 3 full days in advance of your reservation time (e.g. by Tuesday evening for Saturday morning).

If you have a food allergy or special dietary requirement, please specify as a note when booking our Oyster Masterclass and/or inform a member of our staff at the beginning of your visit. Customers should note that there is always a risk attached to the consumption of raw shellfish, including oysters. By ordering shellfish, all customers must accept this small risk.
